Zaha Hadid Architects Design Ambitious Singapore Project.

The first condominium in Singapore to be designed by Pritzker Architecture Prize-winner Zaha Hadid, CapitaLand’s d’Leedon will feature seven towers rising up from sunken gardens along Farrer Road. It’s a rare foray into residential design for the architect most renowned for large-scale public buildings like the MAXXI Museum in Rome and the Guangzhou Opera House.

Buyers will have a choice of apartment types: One plus study, Two-, Three and Four bedroom units, Penthouses, three-storey garden homes and semi-detached garden villas. Units range from 55 to 690sqm.
The 78,043 Sqm site will include a full suite of recreational facilities including two 50-meter lap pools, Jacuzzi’s a water gym, a children’s wet play pool, an eco-pond, reflecting pools, three party houses, barbeque areas, tennis courts and two deluxe clubhouses.
