Sun Hung Kai Properties Launches the Imperial Cullinan

Following the completion of its sister development, The Cullinan, Sun Hung Kai Properties’ (SHKP) is launching the Imperial Cullinan. Located on a prime waterfront site, the last in the government’s southwest Kowloon zoning plan, the tower completes the harbour’s axis of architectural landmarks and offers residents expansive views of the Hong Kong skyline. The developers have also added some new features of the imperial to distinguish it from its earlier incarnation, for example, each unit has a terrace.

The project comprises of six towers arranged in a fan shape with 650 units that range from two to five bedrooms and 74 to 176sqm. The project’s club Vendrome features a seafront gymnasium, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, spa, media room, karaoke services and a seaside lounge area exclusively reserved for residents. The outdoor pools can also be booked for private parties.
